The subscription fee is paid in advance and the customer acknowledges that activating the payment services will be his full responsibility as the owner of the account. You acknowledge and agree to indemnify the platform(FAMCARE) and/or any of its related entities and employees, managers, employees and/or affiliated entities, immediately and upon request, for all claims, obligations, losses, and costs, including legal fees arising from any breach of laws and regulations. This contract is subject to the provisions of Islamic Sharia and all regulations and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of the occurrence or emergence of any disputes or disagreements between the two parties regarding the implementation or interpretation of this contract or related matters or issues and cannot be resolved amicably within (30) days from the date of its inception or occurrence, it is resorted to the competent court to adjudicate it, in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
